Joshua Mustico

Josh is a recently retired Coast Guardsman who dedicated over 20 years to serving his country, having completed numerous deployments and military assignments across the United States. Over the course of his distinguished career, he experienced the challenges and rewards of eight military moves, living in every corner of the country and building a deep appreciation for diverse communities and cultures.

After retiring from active duty, Josh has recently transitioned to civilian life as a mortgage loan originator, where he now helps local families in the outer and inner banks of North Carolina navigate the complexities of home financing. His extensive experience working in high-pressure environments, combined with a passion for helping others, makes him an invaluable resource for those seeking to buy their first home, refinance an existing property, as well as, purchasing subsequent homes, vacation homes or rental properties.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, making the most of life in the scenic coastal town of Kill Devil Hills, where they’ve found their permanent home. His journey, both in the military and beyond, has shaped him into someone who values service, family, and community above all else.
